Alistair Brien  - What they never tell you about being a Headteacher 

Alistair was Headteacher of a large, successful Secondary School in Bournemouth for the last 18 years of his teaching career.  He will talk about his own experiences as a Headteacher leading his school and share his thoughts on education today and what really matters.  His educational philosophy has always been a down to earth, common sense approach, valuing the importance of people rather systems.
