Lentune Probus Club members met via Zoom on Monday 12th July for our monthly meeting and were treated to a further outstanding talk by John Ellis, entitled “Future Developments in Vehicle Design & Manufacturing”, in which he continued his review of the automotive industry, focusing this time on the implications of a carbon free future. 

The next club social event will be our popular annual Summer Luncheon at the Lord Bute Hotel & Restaurant, Highclife, on 13th August. This will be the first opportunity for club members to get-together face-to-face post-Covid and early booking is recommended. Full details will be found in the exclusive Members Area of the website.

Our next meeting on 13th September at South Lawn Hotel, Milford on Sea, will mark the Club’s return to normality. The speaker on this occasion will be Christopher Le Grand and his subject: "Namibia & Botswana Odyssey."
